The St. Nicolai community center with residential building in Frankfurt am Main is one of the current projects at Zvonko Turkali Architects.

During the completion phase of the project, a tour of the construction site took place for all office employees. Project manager Besart Uka, who has been overseeing the construction project from the start, provided insights into the details: The residential building is nearing completion, and the wood-glass façade in the community center will be installed in the coming days.

The closed facade areas of the house and the community center will have natural stone cladding on the ground floor that is based on the church. The planned use of daylight in the community hall is already clearly visible. Here the light enters the room via the facade glazing and the linear slots in the barrels. Circular skylights also add exciting accents.

The first inspections with future tenants took place in the residential building a few days ago. The furnishings of the apartments, the spacious rooms and the views of the European Central Bank and the Frankfurt skyline were positively received.
