The complex consists of an elementary school, a kindergarten and a community center. As part of the construction project, the existing buildings will be modernized and a new sports hall will be built.

The sports hall is located in the inner block area of the complex and is designed as a three-court sports hall for school and club sports. The building opens onto the schoolyard at the front. This is where the separation between the changing area and the spectator level is located.

The filigree steel structure spans 29 meters in the transverse direction of the hall. The roof of the hall is covered with aluminum trough profiles. The south side of the hall is fully glazed. Sensor-controlled slats along the 45-metre-long glass façade react to the course of the sun and prevent disruptive glare effects on the pitch.
