Das Neubauvorhaben ist Teil der sogenannten \u00d6kosiedlung Friedrichsdorf \u2013 einem neuen, nachhaltigen Stadtquartier mit 150 Geb\u00e4uden und 350 Wohneinheiten.<\/p>\n<p>Die f\u00fcnf von Zvonko Turkali Architekten entworfenen Geb\u00e4ude verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber eine Gesamtwohnfl\u00e4che von 4.760 Quadratmetern, verteilt auf drei Vollgeschosse und ein Staffelgeschoss. Die Wohnfl\u00e4chen der Ein- bis F\u00fcnf-Zimmer-Wohnungen und Penth\u00e4user reichen von ca. 55 bis 162 Quadratmetern und besitzen jeweils eine Loggia bzw. Terrasse.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Die Zusammengeh\u00f6rigkeit der f\u00fcnf Geb\u00e4ude wird durch Struktur, Materialit\u00e4t und Farbgebung der Putzfassaden betont. Die Geb\u00e4udeeing\u00e4nge sind als platzartige Bereiche gestaltet und dienen der Adressbildung.<\/p>\n<p>Auf den Dachfl\u00e4chen wird eine Photovoltaikanlage zur Stromerzeugung mit zus\u00e4tzlicher thermischer Nutzung installiert. Die so gewonnene Energie kann durch entsprechende Strom- und W\u00e4rmeleitungen in das benachbarte Heizhaus geleitet und zur Energieversorgung des Quartiers genutzt werden. Die Warmwasserbereitung sowie die Versorgung der Fu\u00dfbodenheizung erfolgt \u00fcber dezentrale Frischwasserstationen in den Wohneinheiten. Entlang des Fu\u00dfweges am Park nehmen mit Gr\u00e4sern begr\u00fcnte Versickerungsmulden das Niederschlagswasser der parkseitig ausgerichteten Dachterrassen auf.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p> The district is characterized by representative palace-like buildings on large, park-like properties.<\/p>\n\n\\n\n\n<p>An exception to this was a very large office building built in the 1970s, which was most recently used by German air traffic control.
