Die Erh\u00f6hung an der s\u00fcdlichen Geb\u00e4udeecke st\u00e4rkt an der Stelle die st\u00e4dtebaulich m\u00f6gliche Fernwirkung des Hauses und markiert zugleich den \u00dcbergang ins Hafenquartier. <\/p>\n<p>Der Geb\u00e4udekomplex beinhaltet vier \u201eH\u00e4user\u201c mit eigenen Treppenh\u00e4usern und jeweils separaten Eing\u00e4ngen. Im Wohngeb\u00e4ude mit 82 Wohneinheiten werden die Sichtbez\u00fcge zum Wasser durch gro\u00dfe Loggien und Fenster\u00f6ffnungen herausgestellt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Besonders herausgearbeitete Faschen um die Fenster und tief in das Geb\u00e4udevolumen eingeschnittene Eing\u00e4nge pr\u00e4gen die Eigenst\u00e4ndigkeit sowie die Plastizit\u00e4t des Geb\u00e4udes und st\u00e4rken die maritime Atmosph\u00e4re des Quartiers.\u00a0 Die Grundrisse der 1- bis 4-Zimmer-Wohnungen zeichnen sich durch individuelle Gr\u00f6\u00dfen zwischen 30 und 117 Quadratmetern und Raumgeometrien aus.
