Kunstrasen, eine 400-Meter-Laufbahn und eine nach der Planung von Turkali Architekten errichteten Dreifeldsporthalle. Die Anlage wird von mehreren Schulen und Vereinen genutzt.<\/p>\n<p>Die Sporthalle ist zwischen den beiden gro\u00dfen Spielfeldern, im Zentrum des Sportparks positioniert. Durch die Lage und ihre zweigeschossige Organisation bietet sie zu beiden L\u00e4ngsseiten einen niveaugleichen \u00dcbergang zum Freibereich.<\/p>\n<p>Der Haupteingang ist an der Nord-Ost-Ecke gelegen und damit zu der Gel\u00e4ndezufahrt sowie dem neu errichteten Parkplatz orientiert. Ein Sportlereingang ist an der S\u00fcdseite des Geb\u00e4udes realisiert.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Das etwa 2000 Quadratmeter gro\u00dfe Geb\u00e4ude nimmt eine 45 x 27 Meter gro\u00dfe Sportfl\u00e4che auf, die in drei unabh\u00e4ngig nutzbare Einheiten geteilt werden kann, sowie eine Trib\u00fcne f\u00fcr 200 Zuschauer auf. Die Sportlerumkleiden und Sanit\u00e4rr\u00e4ume sind auf zwei Ebenen verteilt und dadurch sowohl von au\u00dfen, als auch aus dem Innen auf direktem Wege sowie barrierefrei erreichbar.<\/p>\n<p>Der konstruktive Aufbau des Geb\u00e4udes folgt seiner Lage im Gel\u00e4nde. Die in den Gel\u00e4ndesprung eingebauten Bauteile, wie Bodenplatte und angrenzende W\u00e4nde sind aus Stahlbeton erstellt. Ab Ebene des Hauptzugangs erfolgte die Errichtung der gesamten Hallenk\u00f6rpers in Holz. Der Wechsel des konstruktiven Aufbaus ist in der Materialit\u00e4t der Geb\u00e4udefassaden erkennbar.<\/p>\n<p>Charakteristisch f\u00fcr den Hallenraum sind die mit unbehandelten, warm wirkenden Pressspanplatten bekleideten Decken- und Wandoberfl\u00e4chen. Zur homogenen Erscheinung tragen die im gleichen Farbton versehenen Fu\u00dfb\u00f6den sowie Prallw\u00e4nde bei. Gro\u00dffl\u00e4chige Glas\u00f6ffnungen bieten gezielte Ausblicke auf die beeindruckende Frankfurter Skyline.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Das Geb\u00e4ude ist als Tageslichthalle konzipiert. 45 Oberlichtelemente aus wei\u00dfbeschichteten Pressspanplatten sorgen f\u00fcr eine gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige Lichtverteilung. In sie integriert sind alle geb\u00e4udetechnisch erforderlichen Einrichtungen, wie Heizk\u00f6rper, Beleuchtung, L\u00fcftungsausl\u00e4sse, Lautsprecher, Brandmelder etc. Die gute Tageslichtversorgung unterst\u00fctzt zudem ein perforiertes, ebenso aus Spanplatten erstelltes Band entlang der Hallenl\u00e4ngsseite, das \u00e4hnlich einem Paravent den Innenraum begrenzt und zugleich dessen \u00dcbergang zum Au\u00dfenraum ank\u00fcndigt.<\/p>\n<p>Die eingesetzten Materialien sorgen f\u00fcr einen geringen Prim\u00e4renergiebedarf. Mit einem Energieverbrauch von 20 Kwh\/a erreicht das Geb\u00e4ude nahezu den Passivhaustandard. F\u00fcr den geringen Energiebedarf sorgen mehrere Ma\u00dfnahmen zugleich, so zum Beispiel die optimale Ausrichtung des Geb\u00e4udes, die gute Tageslichtnutzung, eine sinnvolle D\u00e4mmung der Au\u00dfenbauteile, eine Solaranlage zur Brauchwassererw\u00e4rmung sowie im Dach und in den Fassaden integrierte \u00d6ffnungen zur Nachtausk\u00fchlung.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>        <img The facility is used by several schools and clubs.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p>The sports hall is positioned between the two large playing fields in the center of the sports park. Due to its location and two-storey organization, it offers a level transition to the outdoor area on both long sides.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p>The main entrance is located at the north-east corner and is thus oriented towards the site access road and the newly constructed parking lot.
