Das Geb\u00e4ude nimmt Bezug zur Nachbarbebauung und einen alten Nussbaum im S\u00fcden des Grundst\u00fccks. Durch den geb\u00fchrenden Abstand des Hauses zum Stra\u00dfenraum und den Erhalt des gro\u00dfen Baums entsteht eine sch\u00f6n proportionierte, einladende Zugangssituation.<\/p>\n<p>Der Bauk\u00f6rper besteht aus zwei Kellergeschossen, zwei Obergeschossen und einem ausgebauten Dachgeschoss. In den unterirdischen Ebenen sind Tiefgarage, Haustechnik, zahlreiche Archivr\u00e4ume und weitere Nebenr\u00e4ume untergebracht. So auch ein Sozialraum im ersten Untergeschoss, dessen \u00fcberdimensionierter Lichtschacht zur nat\u00fcrlichen Belichtung dient und als Au\u00dfenterrasse genutzt wird. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Der Raum ist in den hei\u00dfen Sommermonaten bei Mitarbeitern sehr beliebt, weil er im Schatten des Ahornbaums angenehme Temperaturen bietet.<\/p>\n<p>Die Erschlie\u00dfung der einzelnen Ebenen erfolgt \u00fcber eine mittig angeordnete Kernzone, die ein F\u00fcnftel der Gebaudetiefe einnimmt und \u00fcber die gesamte Breite des Geb\u00e4udes reicht.<\/p>\n<p>Das Erdgeschoss und das Obergescho\u00df nehmen jeweils zwei ca. 110 Quadratmeter gro\u00dfe, zum S\u00fcden und zum Norden hin orientierte B\u00fcror\u00e4ume auf. Im Dachgeschoss, das gem\u00e4\u00df Bauordnung kein Vollgeschoss darstellt, sind zwei Einzelb\u00fcros f\u00fcr die Gesch\u00e4ftspartner angeordnet. Einer davon ist vollst\u00e4ndig umschlossen, der zweite zum Baum ge\u00f6ffnet.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Die Arbeitspl\u00e4tze sind entlang der Fassaden positioniert. In der Mitte der B\u00fcror\u00e4ume, dem tendenziell dunkleren Bereich, sind Kompaktregalanlagen eingebaut, die den gro\u00dfen Bedarf an Aktenmaterial des in der vierten Generation gef\u00fchrten Vermessungsb\u00fcros decken.<br \/>Das Haus ist dreiseitig mit Metall-Paneelen verkleidet. <\/p>\n<p>Die zum S\u00fcden hin orientierte Fassade ist vollst\u00e4ndig verglast. Sie \u00f6ffnet das Haus zum Stra\u00dfenraum und stellt zugleich den sch\u00f6nen Nussbaum in den Fokus. W\u00e4hrend die S\u00fcdr\u00e4ume mit au\u00dfenliegenden Metall-Lamellen vor direkter Sonneneinstrahlung gesch\u00fctzt sind, sorgen an der Ost- und Westfassade b\u00fcndig mit der Fassade
