Tr\u00e4ger, St\u00fctzen und Deckenplatten aus Beton sind als Fertigteile vor Ort lediglich montiert. So auch die aus gebranntem Ton angefertigten rotbraun changierenden Platten der geschlossenen Fassadenbereiche. Die verglasten Elemente sind raumhoch erstellt und mit integrierten Sonnenschutzrollos versehen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>        <img decoding=\"async\" few residential buildings from the 1960s and 1970s dominate the heterogeneous surroundings.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p>The building site intended for the new construction was already developed with a car wash belonging to the neighboring car dealership, which was to be preserved and had to remain in operation during the entire construction period.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p>A significantly raised plinth made of exposed concrete now integrates the car wash into the overall shape of the building and also accommodates several offices and a Telekom customer center.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p>A covered ramp structure positioned at the side of the building provides access to the
