So pr\u00e4gen horizontale Fensterb\u00e4nder sowie massive Br\u00fcstungen das sympathisch zur\u00fcckhaltende Erscheinungsbild der Fassade und machen zugleich den konstruktiven Aufbau des Geb\u00e4udes als Stahlbeton-Skelettbau deutlich. Um den innerst\u00e4dtischen Bed\u00fcrfnissen an Parkpl\u00e4tzen zu entsprechen, ist das Haus im Erdgeschoss aufgest\u00e4ndert. Ein zus\u00e4tzliches Angebot in der Nutzung des Geb\u00e4udes stellt der Veranstaltungssaal im sechsten Obergeschoss dar.<\/p>\n<p>Die Sanierung des Geb\u00e4udes umfasste die Erneuerung seiner Fassaden, die Modernisierung der Geb\u00e4udetechnik, die Aktualisierung des Brandschutzes und die Umstrukturierung einzelner Etagen. Ziel der Umbauma\u00dfnahme war es, den Charakter des Hauses in seinem Wesen zu erhalten und &#8211; wenn m\u00f6glich &#8211; zu st\u00e4rken.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Ein vor die Fassade des Bestandes geh\u00e4ngtes, gro\u00dfformatiges \u201eBild\u201c aus transparenten Mosaikfliesen greift die Grundprinzipien der Gestaltung des Hauses auf und dient der energetischen Optimierung der Geb\u00e4udeau\u00dfenwand. <\/p>\n<p>Die etwa f\u00fcnf auf f\u00fcnf Zentimeter gro\u00dfen und acht Millimeter starken Glassteinchen reflektieren bei Tag und Nacht das nat\u00fcrliche Licht mit unterschiedlicher Intensit\u00e4t. Sie changieren zwischen einem entspannten Halbdunkel bei Mondschein und einem Wei\u00df von unendlicher Tiefe, das unter direkter Sonne zu leuchten beginnt.<\/p>\n<p>Das Treppenhaus und die B\u00fcroetagen sind in ihrer Struktur erhalten geblieben. Offenheit und Transparenz sind die wesentlichen Charaktere des Inneren.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Der Saal ist zuk\u00fcnftig in zwei unterschiedlich gro\u00dfe Veranstaltungsr\u00e4ume unterteilbar. Die neue Variabilit\u00e4t wird durch die modernisierte Geb\u00e4udetechnik und verbesserte Raumakustik unterst\u00fctzt.<br \/>Als weitere Besonderheit des Geb\u00e4udes ist die neugeschaffene Dachterrasse zu nennen. Mit dem Bodenbelag aus Holzdielen und der umlaufenden Hecke aus Kirschlorbeer entsteht ein Au\u00dfenraum von eigenst\u00e4ndiger Qualit\u00e4t. Er dient als Aufenthalts- und vielf\u00e4ltig nutzbarer Veranstaltungsraum unter freiem Himmel. Die Ausblicke auf die Frankfurter Skyline sind beeindruckend.<\/p>\n<p>Die Dachterrasse stellt den zweiten Fluchtweg aus dem Geb\u00e4ude dar. Built in 1972 in Frankfurt's city center, it displays typical features of office buildings of the era. Horizontal ribbon windows and solid parapets characterize the sympathetically restrained appearance of the fa\\u00e7ade and at the same time highlight the building's structural design as a reinforced concrete skeleton structure. In order to meet the inner-city parking requirements, the building is elevated on the first floor. They alternate between a relaxed semi-darkness in moonlight and a white of infinite depth that begins to glow in direct sunlight.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p>The structure of the stairwell and the office floors has been retained.
