Auf kleinster Fl\u00e4che entstand neben der Garage die Praxis eines Sportmediziners. Dar\u00fcber befindet sich eine raffiniert geschnittene Drei-Zimmer-Wohnung mit einem gefangenen Raum im Zentrum, die wie bei den anschlie\u00dfenden Reihenh\u00e4usern erdgeschossig erschlossen ist.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Konsequent getrennt liegen Erschlie\u00dfung und Servicer\u00e4ume, Ankleide und Einbauschr\u00e4nke an der Brandwand. Raumhohe Schiebet\u00fcren erlauben flie\u00dfende Raumfolgen ebenso wie separate Einzelr\u00e4ume. Durch gro\u00dfz\u00fcgige \u00d6ffnungen im Dach und bodentiefe Fenster wird die geringe Grundfl\u00e4che der Wohnung nochmals optisch \u00fcberspielt &#8211; insbesondere an den Schmalseiten, wo zum Garten und zur ruhigen Erschlie\u00dfungsseite raumhohe franz\u00f6sische Fenster mit Au\u00dfenjalousien angeordnet sind.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Der Wohnbereich l\u00e4sst sich durch variable Zwischenw\u00e4nde unterschiedlich zonieren. Konstruktiv ist die Aufstockung nur als leichte vorfabrizierte Holzkonstruktion m\u00f6glich. Formal hebt sich die ebenso plastisch wie rational anmutende Erg\u00e4nzung vom Bestand ab: im Erdgeschoss mit einem orangeroten Putz, im Obergeschoss mit einer graublau lasierten Holzfassade. So wird der nur vermeintlich moderne Habitus der Reihenh\u00e4user zur\u00fcck zu seinen Urspr\u00fcngen gef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>        <img decoding=\"async\"
