Dort wurde in den 1960er Jahren ein Doppelbungalow erstellt. Das unmittelbare Umfeld ist durch b\u00fcrgerliche H\u00e4user der Jahrhundertwende und einfache, bescheidene Architekturen der Moderne gepr\u00e4gt.<\/p>\n<p>Die Aufstockung enth\u00e4lt die privaten R\u00e4ume der vierk\u00f6pfigen Familie.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>In das Volumen des 30 Meter langen und acht Meter breiten Aufbaus sind vier Hohlr\u00e4ume eingeschnitten: zwei Terrassen, ein Wintergarten und ein zweigeschossiger Luftraum &#8211; als Verbindung zum Erdgeschoss. Die Terrassen auf den beiden Stirnseiten des Riegels sind als gefasster Au\u00dfenraum ein Teil der Kubatur.
