Repr\u00e4sentative palaisartige Geb\u00e4ude auf gro\u00dfen, park\u00e4hnlichen Grundst\u00fccken pr\u00e4gen das Quartier.<\/p>\n<p>Eine Ausnahme hierbei bildete ein in den siebziger Jahren erstelltes, sehr gro\u00dfes B\u00fcrogeb\u00e4ude, das zuletzt von der Deutschen Flugsicherung genutzt wurde. Durch die Verlagerung dieser Bundesanstalt f\u00fcr die Flugverkehrskontrolle in die Nachbargemeinde Langen wurde der Frankfurter Standort samt Geb\u00e4ude aufgegeben und das Grundst\u00fcck f\u00fcr die Erstellung von Wohnbauten freigemacht.<\/p>\n<p>Neun freistehende Geb\u00e4ude bilden ein Ensemble aus Solit\u00e4rbauten, die den urspr\u00fcnglichen Parkcharakter des Grundst\u00fccks herausstellen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend die Neubauten entlang der angrenzenden Stra\u00dfen das R\u00fcckgrat der Anlage definieren, lassen die im Inneren des Quartiers positionierten f\u00fcnf bis sieben Geschosse hohen Punkth\u00e4user offene, flie\u00dfende Gr\u00fcnr\u00e4ume entstehen und ein attraktives Nachbargeb\u00e4ude in Szene setzen: Die Villa Mumm, ein zwischen 1902 und 1904 im Stile des Historismus f\u00fcr die Familie des \u201eChampagnerbarons\u201c Hermann Mumm von Schwarzenstein erstelltes Palais.<\/p>\n<p>Zwei der Bauten sind nach den Pl\u00e4nen von Turkali Architekten erstellt worden. Sie sind entlang der stark befahrenen Kennedyallee positioniert und als Viersp\u00e4nner organisiert. Auf der l\u00e4rmbelasteten Seite zeigen sie eine verputzte, st\u00e4dtisch wirkende Lochfassade mit raumhohen Fenstern. Zum Inneren des Quartiers pr\u00e4gen vorgelagerte, \u00e4hnlich einem Regal aufgebaute, etwa 2,5 Meter tiefe Loggien ihr Erscheinungsbild. Alle Loggien sind, unabh\u00e4ngig von der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der jeweils angrenzenden Wohnung, in ihrer Dimensionierung identisch gehalten und mit einer Glasbr\u00fcstung versehen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Die vollst\u00e4ndig verglaste Fassade zur Loggia erlaubt aus den Wohnungen einen ebenso gerahmten wie auch ungehinderten Blick zu den Nachbarbauten, in den Stadtwald und zur Villa Mumm. Vor den Glasbr\u00fcstungen montierte Sonnenschutzscreens machen die Loggia zur r\u00e4umlichen Erg\u00e4nzung des Wohnzimmers.<\/p>\n<p>Die Geb\u00e4ude sind in den Regelgeschossen derart organisiert, dass gro\u00dfe Wohnungen von drei Seiten nat\u00fcrlich belichtet sind. Kleinere Wohnungen haben zwar eine einseitige Belichtung, sie genie\u00dfen aber zugleich die Vorz\u00fcge der Orientierung zum Park.<\/p>\n<p>Das Dachgeschoss, nach Baurecht als Nicht-Vollgeschoss ausgebildet und als Bestandteil des Gesamtvolumens konzipiert, bietet aus den Penthouse-Wohnungen und von den teilweise \u00fcberdachten Terrassen beeindruckende Fernblicke zu den Erhebungen des Taunus, dem Stadtwald samt Flughafen und der Skyline von Frankfurt.<\/p>\n<p>Weitere Projekte im <a The district is characterized by representative palace-like buildings on large, park-like properties.<\/p>\n\n\\n\n\n<p>An exception to this was a very large office building built in the 1970s, which was most recently used by German air traffic control.
