Nach rund zweij\u00e4hriger bedarfsgerechter Kernsanierung f\u00fcr die Kriminologische Zentralstelle und die Nationale Stelle zur Verh\u00fctung von Folter konnte das Haus im Herzen von Wiesbaden nun bezogen worden.<\/p>\n<p>Das Geb\u00e4ude in der Luisenstra\u00dfe 7 wurde im Jahr 1830 als freistehendes, zweigeschossiges Wohnhaus mit seitlich angelagerter Toranlage konzipiert, der orthogonal verlaufende Anbau an der Hofseite erfolgte im sp\u00e4ten ausgehenden 19. Jahrhundert. In der letzten H\u00e4lfte des 20. Jahrhunderts wurde das Objekt tempor\u00e4r als Verwaltungs- und B\u00fcrogeb\u00e4ude genutzt. Der lange Leerstand schlie\u00dflich hat zu einem desolaten Zustand der Substanz gef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Der Erhalt der Liegenschaft und die Nutzung durch eine justiznahe Organisation war ein Anliegen des Hessischen Ministeriums der Justiz, insbesondere aufgrund der Anbindung an das Hessische Justizministerium und den Hessischen Staatsgerichtshof, beheimatet in den beiden angrenzenden Bauten in der Luisenstra\u00dfe 9 und 11 und in der Vergangenheit ebenfalls von Turkali Architekten saniert.<\/p>\n<p>Die Sanierung der Luisenstra\u00dfe 7 erfolgte in enger Abstimmung mit dem Landesamt f\u00fcr Denkmalpflege Hessen. Besonderes Augenmerk galt dabei der konstruktiven Ert\u00fcchtigung des Geb\u00e4udes, der r\u00e4umlichen Organisation und der Gestaltung von Innenr\u00e4umen und Fassaden.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Die Ausf\u00fchrung der Fenster, die Materialit\u00e4t und Farbgebung der Fassaden entsprechen nun dem Ursprungbau. Ein Putz in gr\u00fcngrauem Anstrich, dunkelgr\u00fcne Fensterl\u00e4den und eine sanierte Eingangst\u00fcr samt Hofzufahrt pr\u00e4gen erneut die Fassade des Baus aus der Biedermeier-Zeit, w\u00e4hrend der hofseitige Anbau in einem rot-gelben Sichtmauerwerk erstrahlt.<\/p>\n<p>Die Erschlie\u00dfung des Geb\u00e4udes erfolgt hofseitig, zus\u00e4tzlich wurde der ehemalige Hauptzugang in der Luisenstra\u00dfe 7 reaktiviert, sodass eine stra\u00dfenseitige Erschlie\u00dfung m\u00f6glich ist. Eine neue Aufzugsanlage verbindet die Zugangsebene mit den Geschossen, die bestehende Treppe wurde im Zuge der Umbauma\u00dfnahmen durch eine neue Anlage ersetzt.<\/p>\n<p>Im Inneren setzt sich die gr\u00fcne Farbgebung mit W\u00e4nden in zartem Lindgr\u00fcn und Jade fort und bildet einen angenehmen Kontrast zu dem Jura Kalkstein im Treppenhaus sowie den dunkelroten Linoleumb\u00f6den in den After around two years of needs-based core renovation for the Central Criminological Office and the National Office for the Prevention of Torture, the house in the heart of Wiesbaden has now been moved into.<o:p><\\\/o:p><\\\/span><\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p style=\\\"background: white;\\\"><span style=\\\"font-size: 8.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black;\\\">The building at Luisenstrasse 7 was designed in 1830 as a free-standing, two-story residential building with a gate system on the side; the orthogonal extension on the courtyard side was built in the late 19th century. In the last half of the 20th century, the property was temporarily used as an administration and office building. A green-gray plaster, dark green shutters and a renovated entrance door with courtyard access once again characterize the facade of the building from the Biedermeier period, while the courtyard-side extension shines in red and yellow exposed brickwork.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p>The building is accessed from the courtyard side; in addition, the former main entrance at Luisenstrasse 7 was reactivated so that street-side access is possible. A new elevator system connects the access level with the floors; the existing staircase was replaced by a new system as part of the renovation work.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p>Inside, the green color scheme continues with walls in delicate lime green and jade and forms a pleasant contrast to the Jura limestone in the stairwell and the dark red linoleum floors in the
