Projektleiter Besart Uka, der das Bauvorhaben von Beginn an betreut, gab Einblicke in Details: Der Wohnbau ist kurz vor der Fertigstellung, im Gemeindezentrum wird in den kommenden Tagen die Holz-Glas-Fassade montiert.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%; background: white; margin: 15.0pt 0cm .0001pt 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black;\">Die geschlossenen Fassadenbereiche des Wohnhauses und des Gemeindezentrums werden im Erdgeschoss eine an die Kirche angelehnte Bekleidung aus Naturstein erhalten. Gut erkennbar ist bereits die geplante Tageslichtnutzung im Gemeindesaal. Hier wird das Licht den Raum \u00fcber die Fassadenverglasung und die linearen Schlitze in den Tonnen betreten. Project manager Besart Uka, who has been overseeing the construction project from the start, provided insights into the details: The residential building is nearing completion, and the wood-glass fa\\u00e7ade in the community center will be installed in the coming days.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p>The closed facade areas of the house and the community center will have natural stone cladding on the ground floor that is based on the church. The planned use of daylight in the community hall is already clearly visible. Here the light enters the room via the facade glazing and the linear slots in the barrels. Circular skylights also add exciting accents.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p>The first inspections with future tenants took place in the residential building a few days ago.
