Residential House Bimboese
The lavish piece of land with an old stock of trees is located in a privileged residential area of Frankfurt Niederrad. In the 1960ies a double bungalow was built. The immediate vicinity is characterized by bourgeois houses from the turn of the century and simple modest architecture of the modern age.
The addition contains private rooms for the family of four. The volume of 30 meters in length and 8 meters in width holds two decks, a conservatory and a two-story room serving as a staircase to the ground floor. The framed decks on both gable ends are part of the cubature. As a result of this design, one can view the garden with the trees or the silhouette of the city.
