Living at Rebstockpark

The idea behind the design was to create an identity-establishing place, which suits people’ s need to live on a green field site with urban benefits. Therefore the grounds present a broad variety of residential possibilities.

On the ground floor independent two-story townhouses are integrated into the entirety. They have direct access to the bordering green and hence are ideal for families with children.

Referring to urban patterns two solitary buildings were developed. Smooth transitions from public streets to private entrances create high quality residences – an oasis in the city. The detached buildings house condominiums, which have the entrances to the stairwells on the side facing the road.

The houses gain their conciseness through a subtle and balanced plasticity of the facades. Their colorfulness creates a changing atmosphere depending on time of day and seasons in relation to architecture and landscape.
