Turkali Architects won the third prize at the realization and ideas competition for a new residential construction on Tel-Aviv-Street in Cologne.
The essential goal was to design high quality habitation on a commonly frequented street.
The new building will connect the adjoining areas with walkways, creating an urban neighborhood, which originates from the plans by Rudolf Schwarz.
