Solitaire building with 25 apartments at closed down Luitpoldhafen completely marketed

LUIT_PORT –  This is the name of a residential project with a total of 62 apartments in three buildings, which the DIRINGER & SCHEIDEL Group has realized on a site of around 4 170 square meters at Luitpoldhafen in Ludwigshafen. The claim "Invest. Anchor. Feel good" emphasizes the prevailing harbor flair and lifestyle of living by the water. The apartments have been ready to move into since the beginning of this year and all condominiums have now been marketed.

Directly on the bank of the Rhine and clearly visible is a striking, eight-story solitaire building with a maritime character, which is part of the residential project and planned by Turkali Architekten. In a two-stage architecture competition, Turkali Architekten was chosen over the competition. The jury's reasoning: "Turkali Architekten particularly succeeded in balancing an independent architectural language demanded for the solitaire, while simultaneously establishing a dialogue with the building bodies already realized on the south bank of the Rhine.“

The now realized solitaire marks the end of the one and a half kilometer long Rhine promenade and has a total of 25 1.5 to 4 room apartments with a living space of approximately 51 to 153 square meters. Distinctive features are the white loggias, which are fitted with sail-like sun protection elements, the well-proportioned windows, which are adapted to individual needs, as well as the spacious roof terraces of the penthouses, which offer impressive views over the Rhine bank, Luitpoldhafen and the Parkinsel. The ground floor facing the street offers further commercial space.

In addition to the solitaire built by Turkali Architekten, the ensemble consists of a city mansion on the harbor promenade and three townhouses on Rheinallee.
