The second juror' s day of the Chamber of Architects Baden-Wuerttemberg deals with the varied possibilities of civic participation in competitions as well as their pros and cons. The subject will be discussed from different perspectives of the participants. In the course of the event Prof. Zvonko Turkali will give a lecture on "Competitions and the Architect' s Freedom".
