After extensive preparatory measures, the foundation slab for the new Jewish Academy in Frankfurt am Main was installed on February 17, 2023.

In preparation for the construction measures for the new building, the old building was first underpinned. In order to create the excavation pit, a twelve-meter-deep bored pile wall was then installed alongside the planned outer facade of the new building. Subsequently, the steel reinforcement was laid and the foundation slab was poured.

At the same time, the neoclassical old building is being gutted and prepared for its new use.
