We are seeking a committed architect for the approval, implementation and construction planning of demanding projects with at least five years of professional experience in the HOAI (‘Honorarordnung für Architekten und Ingenieure’) service phases 3 to 9.

The successful candidate must have an independent and organized working style, good knowledge and experience with CAD and Office applications, and must perform well in teams.

Required qualifications: a minimum of 5 years of working experience in the HOAI service phases 3 to 9, excellent German language skills, and experience with ArchiCAD.

Functions and responsibilities: final design, planning application, execution drawings, preparation for contract placement, assisting with contract placement, project supervision, project management and documentation.

The position is a permanent position.
