Zvonko Turkali Architects have completed a feasibility study for student housing in the Neckarbogen district of Heilbronn for the Dieter Schwarz Foundation. The design is currently being finalized.

Using serial and sustainable construction methods, the project will create a showcase project that will create attractive and affordable student housing.

The design was inspired by the so-called “Heilbronn Block,” whose restrained structure presents a calm, uniform façade with moderate variation. In keeping with Heilbronn tradition, muted colors are used, harmoniously coordinated with the building site.
