Das ca. 40 Hektar gro\u00dfe Areal ist gepr\u00e4gt von modernen Stadth\u00e4usern, Villen und B\u00fcrogeb\u00e4uden.<br \/>Der markante, achtgeschossige Solit\u00e4r in erster Rhein-Reihe markiert den Abschluss der anderthalb Kilometer langen Rheinuferpromenade und verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber insgesamt 25 Anderthalb- bis Vier-Zimmer-Wohnungen.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Pr\u00e4gende Elemente sind die in wei\u00dfer Farbe gehaltenen und mit segelartigen Sonnenschutzelementen versehenen Loggien, die wohlproportionierten und den jeweiligen Bed\u00fcrfnissen angepassten Fenster\u00f6ffnungen sowie die gro\u00dfz\u00fcgigen Dachterrassen der Penth\u00e4user. Sie erm\u00f6glichen beeindruckende Ausblicke auf das Rheinufer, den Luitpoldhafen und die Parkinsel. Im stra\u00dfenseitigen Erdgeschoss stehen zudem Gewerbefl\u00e4chen zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Das Volumen des Solit\u00e4rs reagiert auf die Besonderheiten der jeweiligen Situation. Am Durchgang von der Rheinallee zeigt es eine definierte Geb\u00e4udeecke und massive Br\u00fcstungen bei den Loggien. Auf der Platz- und Wasserseite hingegen wird das Volumen mit zunehmender H\u00f6he durch verglaste Br\u00fcstungen aufgel\u00f6st.
