Sie soll Platz f\u00fcr rund 12.000 Zuschauer bieten und sowohl Sportveranstaltungen als auch Konzerte beherbergen. Die Lage ist zentral: nur 5 Kilometer von der Frankfurter Innenstadt und 3 Kilometer vom Zentrum Offenbachs entfernt. The building should be a pioneer for climate-friendly construction and attract people every day, not just on event days.
