Der Lindenhofplatz wurde als zentraler Auftakt f\u00fcr das Quartier angelegt und verbindet es mit dem Hauptbahnhof und der Innenstadt. Das Areal erstreckt sich \u00fcber etwa 33 Hektar und umfasst Fl\u00e4chen der Deutschen Bahn AG, ehemalige Areale der John-Deere-Gie\u00dferei sowie st\u00e4dtische Fl\u00e4chen. In den letzten Jahren wurden hier B\u00fcro- und Verwaltungsfl\u00e4chen, Dienstleistungsr\u00e4ume, Wohnbereiche sowie ein \u00f6ffentliches Parkhaus mit 600 Stellpl\u00e4tzen geschaffen.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black;\">Die neue Bilfinger-Zentrale wird in prominenter Lage am Lindenhofplatz errichtet. Das Geb\u00e4ude orientiert sich an den Vorgaben des Bebauungsplans und f\u00fcgt sich zusammen mit dem benachbarten Victoria-Turm und dem geplanten Zugangsbauwerk entlang der S\u00fcdtangente harmonisch in das Quartier ein. Es schafft einen markanten \u00dcbergang zur Innenstadt und einen attraktiven Auftakt f\u00fcr das neue Viertel. Die Bilfinger-Zentrale zeichnet sich durch flie\u00dfende \u00dcberg\u00e4nge vom Stadtraum zum Geb\u00e4ude aus. Der Haupteingang zur Gl\u00fccksteinallee ist gut sichtbar und hat eine starke Fernwirkung, w\u00e4hrend ein zus\u00e4tzlicher Zugang am Lindenhofplatz die Pr\u00e4senz des Geb\u00e4udes im urbanen Raum st\u00e4rkt und flexible Nutzungsm\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr Veranstaltungen erm\u00f6glicht.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black;\">Die interne Organisation des Geb\u00e4udes ist funktional durchdacht: Die Abteilungen sind sinnvoll angeordnet, und durch drei Treppenh\u00e4user, eine einfache Konstruktion und eine gut proportionierte Grundrissgeometrie k\u00f6nnen Fl\u00e4chen flexibel angepasst und verschiedene B\u00fcroeinheiten realisiert werden. Alle R\u00e4ume profitieren von Tageslicht und modernen Arbeitsplatzqualit\u00e4ten.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black;\">Die Fassade des Geb\u00e4udes beeindruckt durch ihre elegante Zur\u00fcckhaltung. Ihr Aufbau zielt darauf ab, die Proportionen des Hauses auszubalancieren, besondere Stellen hervorzuheben und die H\u00f6he des Hochhauses zu betonen. Die konventionelle Fensterkonstruktion mit Dreifachverglasung und integriertem Sonnenschutz erf\u00fcllt schallschutztechnische Anforderungen und erm\u00f6glicht eine Reinigung der Fassade von Innen. Die Vertikalit\u00e4t wird durch zweigeschossig hohe Rahmen aus Faserbeton betont, deren Tiefe alle zwei Geschosse variiert \u2013 von 40 Zentimetern im Erdgeschoss bis zu 15 Zentimetern in den oberen Lindenhofplatz was created as a central start to the district and connects it with the main train station and the city center. The area extends over around 33 hectares and includes areas owned by Deutsche Bahn AG, former areas of the John Deere foundry and urban areas. In recent years, office and administrative space, service rooms, living areas and a public parking garage with 600 parking spaces have been created here.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p>The new Bilfinger headquarters will be built in a prominent location on Lindenhofplatz. The building is based on the specifications of the development plan and, together with the neighboring Victoria Tower and the planned access structure along the southern bypass, fits harmoniously into the district. It creates a striking transition to the city center and an attractive start to the new district. The Bilfinger headquarters is characterized by flowing transitions from the urban space to the building. The main entrance on Gl\\u00fccksteinallee is clearly visible and has a strong long-distance effect, while an additional entrance on Lindenhofplatz strengthens the building's presence in the urban space and enables flexible usage options for events.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p>The internal organization of the building is functionally well thought out: the departments are arranged sensibly, and thanks to three staircases, a simple construction and a well-proportioned floor plan geometry, areas can be flexibly adjusted and various office units can be created. All rooms benefit from daylight and modern workplace qualities.<br \\\/>The facade of the building impresses with its elegant restraint. Their construction is aimed at balancing the proportions of the house, highlighting special places and emphasizing the height of the high-rise building. The conventional window construction with triple glazing and integrated sun protection meets sound insulation requirements and enables the facade to be cleaned from the inside. The verticality is emphasized by two-story high frames made of fiber concrete, the depth of which varies every two floors - from 40 centimeters on the ground floor to 15 centimeters on the upper
