W\u00e4hrend im Erdgeschoss das Geb\u00e4ude noch einen durchg\u00e4ngigen K\u00f6rper von etwa 76 Metern L\u00e4nge bildet, l\u00f6st sich der Riegel in den oberen Geschossen in drei Bauk\u00f6rper mit einer L\u00e4nge von jeweils 23 Metern auf. Die bauliche Verbindung im Erdgeschoss reagiert auf die st\u00e4dtebauliche Vorgabe zur Riegelbebauung.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Zwischen den einzelnen Bauk\u00f6rpern entstehen offene Bereiche f\u00fcr die Belichtung und Bel\u00fcftung der Nebenr\u00e4ume, ohne dass Abstandsfl\u00e4chen einzuhalten sind.<\/p>\n<p>Durch die strenge Fensteranordnung und reduziert eingesetzte Fassadenelemente sind die Kanten des Geb\u00e4udek\u00f6rpers klar definiert. Horizontal verlaufende B\u00e4nder verbinden nicht nur die Haupt- mit den untergeordneten Fassaden sondern auch die geschlossenen Fl\u00e4chen mit den Fensterfl\u00e4chen. Einzelne Ziegellagen sind leicht nach hinten versetzt.
