Der Neubau ist im Innenhof eines ebenfalls zur Gemeinde geh\u00f6renden Geb\u00e4udeensembles entstanden, das aus drei stra\u00dfenbegleitend positionierten Geb\u00e4uden besteht. Das neue Pfarrsaalgeb\u00e4ude und die Bestandsbauten bilden einen rektangul\u00e4ren und zur Stra\u00dfe hin leicht erh\u00f6hten steinernen Platz. Er dient der Adressbildung und bietet zugleich Raum f\u00fcr vielf\u00e4ltige Veranstaltungen im Freien. Unterhalb des Platzes ist eine Tiefgarage mit 24 PKW-Stellpl\u00e4tzen realisiert worden.<\/p>\n<p>Der Zugang in das aus massivem Naturstein erstellte Pfarrsaalgeb\u00e4ude ist durch ein weit gespanntes Vordach und eine gro\u00dffl\u00e4chige Verglasung hervorgehoben. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Niveaugleich mit dem Erdgeschoss des benachbarten Dechant-Diel-Haus gelegen, bindet das \u00fcber die L\u00e4ngsseite des Geb\u00e4udes gelegene Foyer die wesentlichen Nutzungen ein: den etwa 150 Personen fassenden Veranstaltungssaal samt erforderlichen Sanit\u00e4ranlagen sowie eine Anrichte und Garderobenschr\u00e4nke.<\/p>\n<p>Mit Naturstein belegte Wand- und Bodenfl\u00e4chen, Einbauten aus Eichenholz und laterales Tageslicht pr\u00e4gen die Atmosph\u00e4re des Foyers. Die intime Stimmung des angrenzenden Saals entsteht durch das diffuse Tageslicht, das auf verschiedenen Wegen den Raum erreicht, die sichtbare Dachkonstruktion aus Stahlbeton und das bereits im Foyer verwendete Eichenholz.<\/p>\n<p>Eine in die seitlichen Tr\u00e4ger eingeh\u00e4ngte mobile Wandtafel teilt den Saal in zwei R\u00e4ume, deren Gr\u00f6\u00dfe je nach Bedarf variieren
