In the coming years, an attractive and future-oriented city quarter will be developed on a seven hectare large compound located in the North of Friedrichsdorf in the Taunus. Its architectural, urban planning, ecological and socio-cultural quality will stand out in the Frankfurt-Rhein-Main region. The FRANK-Group from Hofheim is the building contractor. The office Baufroesche from Kassel is responsible for the urban building design.

A cooperative expert assessment for the condominiums and rental apartments was conducted in cooperation with the city Friedrichsdorf. Turkali Architekten won the first prize for the condominiums. The design of Turkali Architekten consists of five solitary buildings with a total of 53 housing units. The ensemble is located in a central position of the new quarter next to a park.
 
The commencement of construction is planned for the end of 2017.
