For the development of the prominent area on the northern tip of the former station site in the southern part of Hanover the aurelis Real Estate GmbH & Co. KG has arranged a competition in cooperation with the City of Hanover. Eight offices from Germany and Switzerland were participating.
The planning includes the development of a new quarter with approximately 100 rental apartments and condominiums as well as additional office space.

The Jury has awarded Turkali Architekten the first prize in its meeting on September 18^th, 2014.
